For generations, men have been told a lie: that to be masculine is to be invulnerable, impenetrable, unshakable — untouched by emotion, untouched by intuition, untouched by the sacred feminine within them.
However, the truth is rising now — quietly in some, violently in others.
The old masculine construct is collapsing.
Not because women have become stronger, but because men can no longer bear the weight of the emotional exile they have been born into.
This collapse is not a failure — it is an awakening.
Men today stand at a breaking point. Externally, they are expected to perform, produce, protect, provide. Internally, they are starved — disconnected from softness, from rest, from emotional literacy, from the inner compass that guides true leadership and authentic love. They were never meant to live severed from their inner feminine — the anima — the part of them that knows how to feel, how to receive, how to create, how to love, how to surrender to the intelligence of Life itself.
Patriarchy didn’t just wound women. It deeply wounded men by amputating half of their soul.
Over the last few decades, women have moved courageously into their healing/wholeness. They have explored intuition, shadow work, emotional fluency, embodiment, energetics, spirituality, nervous system regulation — reclaiming both feminine softness and healthy masculine grounding.
Meanwhile, many men have been repeating a blueprint rooted in suppression, performance, and self-abandonment.
“The Sovereign Man” – my second book – is not a criticism of men. It is a call for awareness, a light in the dark of the subconscious, a return to wholeness, a homecoming. A map back to everything they were told to suppress in order to “be a man.”
Available on Amazon now. Complement with “Holy Fire”, my first book, that focuses even deeper on Shakti/feminine energy.
