FROM SUFFERING TO SOVEREIGNTY

DEEP DIVE: SHAME

Shame shrinks a man’s self-worth. Shame erodes his confidence. Shame keeps him repeating old patterns because he subconsciously believes he is the pattern.

Shame traps him in a loop:

Fear → avoidance → self-betrayal → guilt → shame → fear again

And the deeper the shame, the more the man fears repeating the mistakes of his past — which ironically pulls him back into the very behaviors he wants to leave behind.

This is the old paradigm masculine cycle: unconsciousness, self-blame, fear of failure, emotional shutdown, repetition.

Forgiveness is the only force strong enough to break that cycle/generational cycles of deeply embedded shame.

Forgiveness + Courage + Responsibility = Masculine Liberation

Forgiveness is not passive. It is an act of courage, authority, and inner leadership.

LUST PROJECTION: THE DISTORTION OF DESIRE

Men are not taught how to hold their desire — only how to hide it, fear it, or lose control to it.

For thousands of years, male sexuality has been shaped by shame, repression, and confusion. Women have been turned into screens for men’s projections, and men have been turned into strangers to their own erotic nature.

Modern culture did not only distort the masculine relationship to desire — it distorted the feminine relationship to power. Many women learned early that attention, safety, resources, or influence could be gained by becoming an object of desire rather than an embodied subject. Over time, erotic life-force was externalized, stylized, marketed, and performed — no longer lived as truth, but displayed as image.

This is not feminine power. It is feminine energy filtered through the male gaze — a mirror instead of a source.

Celebrity culture, glamour, and hyper-sexualized imagery reward this distortion, reinforcing the illusion that seduction equals sovereignty. In reality, it keeps both men and women trapped: men chasing projections, women performing identities, neither meeting in presence.

True erotic power is not manipulative, strategic, or performative. It is quiet, grounded, and unmistakably real. It does not seek — it radiates.

When a man does not know how to be at home in his desire, that desire becomes a burden carried by the women around him.

Lust itself is never the problem. Lust becomes distorted only when it is fused with fear, guilt, and shame. In that lower vibrational state, desire becomes chaotic, compulsive, and externalized — placed onto women instead of held within the self. But when desire rises through the body — through breath, heart, and consciousness — it transforms. Lust, when mixed with love, awareness, and soul, becomes Eros: sacred, powerful, embodied life force.

Conscious Sexuality As A Doorway To Embodied Enlightenment

I woke up at 3am the other night to allow this insight through … enjoy!

Sexuality♾️.~.~.~.~.~.~.~.~♾️Spirituality

Our sexuality can serve as a doorway to spirituality and through making love to another human being we can get a realization of oneness/have a profound spiritual awakening. In the moments of intense presence when time and space disappear we can experience our true selves - namely, pure awareness. The two bodies merged as one, the polarity united in singularity.  Thus lovemaking becomes a sacred act, a meditation, a doorway to the divine, nurturing enlightenment, a deeper connection, mental, physical and emotional well-being. It’s an opportunity for constant renewal - all agendas and techniques disappear, giving way to pure presence, sensitivity, sensuality, playfulness, awareness. We do not come together for a particular end/to reach orgasm, but to simply enjoy one another and celebrate our humanity and divinity. Making love is a beautiful flow of energy, a sweet surrender to simply being and allowing the doing to happen in its own for the bodies can feel their own rhythm and inner wisdom and they know how to move/what to do. Just like dancing or playing music, the enjoyment is in the act and when orgasm happens it’s a blissful high followed by a mellow calm that can be sparked by a single touch to another blissful high. This can only happen when both individuals have done the inner work to be completely free of any shame, guilt, fear and other negative conditioning around sexuality/the natural human body and can fully embrace and accept themselves and the other. There is a sweetness and sacredness to making love in pure awareness that is beyond words, opening doorways to other worlds/planes of existence, bringing more light and love to the Earth, and anchoring these new energies in the body as our beautiful miraculous vessel for experiencing this physical reality of seeming separation and duality. Sex between enlightened conscious partners is a most natural and effortless transcendence of the limitations of form and rebirth into embodied expanded awareness - again and again, to no end. When two powerful energetic streams of life force merge together in love and presence, they propel the collective evolution of consciousness through downloading, channeling and emitting higher vibrations and frequencies. Gradually bliss becomes a sustained state that can be revisited/experienced at any time, for it’s the truth if who we are.

Conscious Lovemaking & Feminine Energy

This came through me the other day, hear it here. 

Making love to a woman who embodies her true nature, which is Love, is a creative experience of dissolution of the ego/limited self, merging into oneness, remembering our divinity and coming back reborn anew. The womb symbolizes the formlessness out of which everything arises, and being inside of it one is nurtured, nourished, replenished and enriched with new potentials and possibilities. It is a blissful opportunity to shed thoughts, feelings, beliefs and ideas which no longer serve us and re-emerge with new inspiration, direction and drive. Knowledge is dead and static, knowing is alive and constantly flowing. A woman in touch with her true nature is like nature - constantly changing, expanding, evolving, in tune with the ebb and flow of the life-death-life cycles (through her own menstrual cycle), balanced, harmonious, radiant. Touching her body and being immersed in it is like bathing in the waters of a warm mineral spring - the more love and care you put into her, the more will be returned to you, for she multiplies it all. 

True Love IS REAL

I have dreamt of/yearned for true love my whole life, and kept getting closer and closer. When I started this blog, I had completely devoted myself to following Love and being a channel for Source. I knew that true love must exist and the place to look for it would be not in a person/place/deity outside, but within – this site has been the product of my artistic search/self-inquiry. Having finally completed my hero’s journey, I can present you with the simplest of discoveries. True Love IS REAL and simply means to be true to one’s nature, which is Love. It’s simple, but it requires constant remembering/practice/embodiment. When you are TRUE to yourself and move from the LOVE that you are, you are connected to all which is you/Love. Most people, however, are not awake to/aware of their true nature, and that’s the purpose of a Buddha – to shine more light on the darkness of ignorance/forgetting through their presence/awareness/energy. True Love is always shared/available, for we are never separate, yet you need to be aware/awake enough to stay tapped into that vibrational frequency and feel it even amidst seeming separation. When you hold/are it, you allow others to have glimpses of awakening/enlightenment/remembering and to experience their true nature through you. Nature and animals greatly help us with this, for they are true to their nature/show unconditional love.

My 2019 insights… the concept is very simple/self-explanatory, it’s the awareness/constant practice that’s tricky/takes time to fully embody. When we embrace ourselves fully, light and dark, we can extend that unconditional love to others.
The crystalized version from yesterday – it’s so simple, it makes me laugh 😉

Of course, sharing true love with another awakened being who you also happen to be attracted to and have matching personalities is the true dream that everyone has – very doable/possible when you do the inner work of remembering/uncovering your true nature first 🙂 So the questions are: Are you TRUE? Are you LOVE? Are you embodying it? What was found had never been lost…

A Change Is Gonna Come/Coming/Here Now

change – such a fascinating topic – life is change – being in the flow = accepting things as they come – surrender to the current – give up the need to control the outside – life becomes more like a dance/song – moving with your inner rhythms – may look strange on the outside – have you seen The Green Beautiful?- watch it, it’s so good – why do we do the things that we do when so many of them are completely unnatural? – why don’t we all have fruit trees in our yard/public spaces? – “new” ideas take time to break through/be accepted, because they require change – comfort/habit/laziness/fear of the unknown/pride/power makes us want to cling to old ideas/ways of doing things – so much of our old paradigm is in need of dire change, and we are slowly but surely going through it – as within, so without – be gentle with yourself and your pace – when you truly have the desire/motivation you will change accordingly -take it easy – focus on yourself and be the observer – patience and practice makes real – I see you, beautiful human, you are Life personified – rock on the divine spark that you are! 🙂
